Flow

Our flow class invites further exploration of yoga and the body, mind, and spirit by broadening your exposure to a variety of yoga poses and their variations. This class is appropriate for individuals who have some yoga experience, or at least a good understanding of their body and how it moves. Flow is a vigorous class where the movements are connected to each other in a flowing manner, and linking movement with the breath is a primary focus. Beginners are welcome and will be encouraged to pace themselves and focus on mastering the basic poses before moving onto the more complex poses.

Hot Power Yoga

Hot power yoga is our regular flow class performed in a room with a temperature of 90-95°F with humidity added. The purpose of hot power yoga is to increase heart rates for a more intense workout and for the heat to loosen muscle. Please make sure to bring your water with you.

Slow Warm Flow

The slower pace allows for greater opportunity for mindful movement with more precision in alignment and actions synchronized with breath. This slow flow practice is performed in a heated room 80-85°F but body temperatures will continue to heat the studio. Increased flexibility.

Warm Yin

What is Warm Yin Yoga? Warm Yin is a type of yoga that melds the popular Hot yoga style with the more meditative - like Yin yoga. Yin yoga targets your deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. It’s slower and more meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. Because you’re holding poses for a longer period of time than you would in other traditional types of yoga, Yin Yoga helps you stretch, lengthen and elongate those rarely-used tissues while also teaching you how to breathe through discomfort and sit with your thoughts. Like other forms of Hot yoga, Warm Yin is practiced in our infrared heated room at 85-90 degrees.
