Prenatal Services
The practice of prenatal yoga has been proven to help prepare the body for childbirth by strengthening your muscles, especially the pelvic floor. It helps allow the baby to drop into the proper birthing position and helps prepare the mind to cope with any unexpected stress. Prenatal yoga has also been known to help with other pregnancy symptoms like constipation, back pain, swelling, and fatigue.
5 Class Package* for $190
*This is a 5 pack of Prenatal Yoga classes that are good for 3 months. These classes are non transferable and will disappear from your account if they are not used within 3 months. Accounts can not be put on hold.

Financial Hardship Memberships
3 Down dogs Yoga offers a limited number of discounted memberships to help create access to yoga for those facing financial hardships. These memberships are good for 6 months at a time. If you are interested in applying please email us to tell us why you should get one of these memberships.
