Reiki

Reiki means Universal Life Force. Reiki Therapy utilizes the Universal Life Force to clear and balance the electromagnetic field for optimal physical, mental, and spiritual health. There is no physical contact with Reiki but you will feel it working. Studies have shown that the energy waves coming from a Reiki Master's hands during a session is 8Hz. The brain wave frequency of 8Hz is the straddle between Alpha and Theta frequency ranges and is realised when the two hemispheres of our brains work at peak synchronicity. Our DNA resonates at 8Hz and a study also found that when our heart is in a state of compassion it beats at 8Hz as measured by an electrocardiogram.

Sound Therapy

Sound Therapy uses sound vibrations for a variety of purposes: to calm, balance, clear the energy centers and electromagnetic field, to facilitate healing and renew cells, and to go into deeper states of meditation are just some of the uses. It feels like a massage for your energy body! You can choose to have sound only or a guided sound meditation.

Thai Massage

Developed by Dr. David Hill, the AromaTouch Technique combines the unique benefits of human touch with the power of doTERRA essential oils to create an overall wellness experience that you won't forget. The AromaTouch Hand Massage is a simplified, effective way to experience this technique in a smaller time commitment package. This 30 minute experience will include a customized selection of oils unique to each individual's needs, the hand massage experience, and an instructional brochure with a sample vial of your custom oils to repeat the experience at home.
